As part of our complete Fictitious Business Name (DBA) service, we will:
- File the Fictitious Business Name application with the appropriate county clerk's office
- Receive the processed FBN application in our office. Scan and email a copy to you.
- Publish a legal notice in a local newspaper, as required.
- Ensure the affadavit of publication is filed with the County Clerk.
- Deliver all original documents to you upon completion.
Cost of this package is $209, which includes the goverment filing fee and publishing cost, up to 2 business names and 2 registrants. (Additional fees for more business names or registrants will be added.)
