What We Offer
We offer a suite of document filing services as a package for forming a new Corporation in California: S or C. Simple. We have a set process, and we follow a standard checklist. This tends to save entrepreneurs money in the filing process.
What We are Not
We are not attorneys or CPAs, so of course we cannot advise or guide you on issues of legal or accounting matters. What we can do is file certain forms, as we have done for thousands of newly forming companies. We ALWAYS recommend our clients engage with a qualified business attorney and a CPA. Starting a new business, while exciting and exhilarating, is a complicated affair. Having qualified professionals in your startup camp is a prudent step.

We make this simple. We don’t play any of those aggressive ecommerce games where you start at one low price, then the total just keeps creeping up as you add services. We get the psychology of this “cart creep” approach, but it’s just not our thing. Feels kind of insulting, don’t you think? After all, you’re starting a new business: you’re smart enough to see through that stuff. At least, that’s what we believe.
We have one basket of services, at one price, which includes the government agency filing fees (another thing other service websites hide until the checkout). It also includes Formation Solutions, Inc. acting as your Registered Agent for Service of Process.

Registered Agent is an annual service, and will be due each subsequent year at $97 unless cancelled.
